Returns and Refunds

Many ThinkForm services are digital services, individual consulting, workshops or project-based work results. A traditional return is usually not possible for these services.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the type of service, the progress of delivery and the applicable contractual agreement. Services already provided may be fully or partially excluded from refunds.
