Navigate Change
You can feel that something needs to change. You're just not sure how yet.
I'm looking for ten people who are currently in a professional or personal transition and want to navigate their next steps more consciously.
A no-obligation conversation. No polished coaching program, no sales pressure.
Does this sound familiar?
You have a feeling that your current path doesn't quite fit anymore.
You're thinking about a career change, going self-employed, relocating, or a personal fresh start.
There are several options, but none of them feel truly clear yet.
You don't want to just make a quick decision — you want to understand what you actually need.
You'd like someone who listens closely, asks good questions, and helps you turn your thoughts into concrete steps.
Who I am
Hi, I'm Oliver, a guide for personal development.
Through intensively working with my own processes of change, and years of continued learning, meditation, and daily routines, I've navigated a profound change process myself.
Now I want to pass on what I've learned from that journey.

A new space for people in transition
I'm currently developing a new ThinkForm format for people going through change.
At its core are personal conversations, shared reflection, and small, realistic experiments — not a perfect answer handed to you, but a path where you recognize your own direction more clearly.
Before the format launches, I want to talk to ten people to better understand where they currently stand and what kind of support would actually help them.

Tell me where you currently stand.
It takes about five minutes to fill out. Your answers help me better understand your situation and decide whether a personal conversation could be valuable for both of us.
Why I'm developing this format
For many years, I've guided teams and organizations in understanding complex situations, developing new perspectives, and shaping change in concrete ways.
At the same time, I know from my own life what it's like when the old no longer fits and the new isn't visible yet.
With Navigate Change, I want to bring my experience in facilitation, design, and change work more directly into supporting individuals.
